And because our focus is Introductions, we can offer more flexibility to find great people – which equals more transparency for candidates and lower cost to employers.
We charge a one-tiome, straightforward flat fee to the employer to introduce a candidate, who has been matched to the needs of the business and referenced. And for or a small additional fee we can complete any additional assurance checks, or the entire on boarding process
There is no charge for individual or candidate to list their details with us.

Mentoring

We are advocates for a balanced approach to planning your life and career. So we’ve develop a strong network of talented life coaches, business mentors and holistic counsellors.Moving forward in our career shouldn’t be left to chance.

Too often we let circumstances or challenges dictate outcomes. But this needn’t be the case.

Insurance

The Referral Network recognises the importance of contractors holding sufficient indemnity insurance and believes insurances should be easy to access, renew and to claim from.  We have negotiated discounted rates for our candidates with our partner, Rothbury Wilkinson Insurance Brokers.  They can advise you on which indemnity insurance you need and the cover you require, for example:

  • Directors and Officers Insurance
  • Statutory Indemnity Insurance
