The Referral Network is well connected.  In a buoyant market we often get opportunities in highly sought-after organisations and in a low market we get opportunities that haven’t gone to market or require an extremely tight turnaround as the need to fill the role is high.  As part of our ethos of helping our network grow we also offer services to help you – discounted training, mentoring services and indemnity insurance.

Why would a partner want to use Referral Network over a traditional recruiter?

Speed: We have candidates available immediately.

Quality: We also have candidates who are just waiting for the right role and can be available in a matter of weeks.

Networking: All our candidates are referred to us by at least two others already in the Referral Network, or we use existing networks to check those that aren’t.

Cost: Our fees are very competitive.  In addition we don’t hold the contract for services with the candidate as we primarily complete the introduction and our fee covers that service.

Ethics: We practise transparency and giving back. If we can’t fill a role, we’ll tell you. You know all fees due up front. We also actively give back to the charities we support including our candidates donating their time and expertise.

You can complete any additional assurance checks you wish, or ask us to undertake that work for an additional fee. We’re putting the power of the recruitment process is back in your hands.

So what do you charge?

We have a simple flat fee for introducing your to the right candidates – our Referral Fee. But if you require additional services such as security and credit checks, candidate testing, professional history, etc, then we can provide those services at very competitive rates.

Your business and the candidate have a direct contractual relationship for the contract for services.

Why would I want to find a role through the Referral Network?

Candidates need to use every tool available to them to find the right organisations and role. You should use traditional recruiters, online advertising and contacts.

You should also use your networks. And that’s where we come in. We use the power of online and networking to leverage your networks and who we know to find the right role.

But we do more than that. Many professionals want an outlet to give back, to use their unique skills and expertise. We actively support a variety of charities and causes and regularly place professionals looking to give a little of their time. You don’t have to, but we guarantee you’ll feel great if you do.
